The price does not include transport and installation of the Woodka directly on your property. We consider the transport and installation of your Woodka as a service and charge you only the minimum costs for fuel (7.50 CZK/km) and the wages of our two workers (2 x 350 CZK/hour) who will deliver the Woodka to you, install it on the prepared property and fully train you in how to operate the Woodka.

About Woodka
Woodka or Tinyhouse are small houses on wheels that replace traditional residential or recreational facilities. The charm of these houses is freedom. You can move Woodka anywhere without lengthy administrative procedures and, compared to real estate prices, without large financial costs.
The main vision of our company is to create exceptional, stylish houses in premium design from the highest quality materials. Of course, we also support permanent accommodation or recreational accommodation in small spaces. Together with energy and environmental sustainability, it is becoming our future, which we are trying to positively influence.
WOODKY equipment
Homologated Vlemix chassis:
A chassis specially developed for your Woodka with the possibility of transporting the Woodka anywhere at any time, or detaching it from the chassis and placing it, e.g. on concrete feet and returning it back to the chassis at any time!
Wooden structure:
KVH profiles made of solid spruce wood, specially milled on CNC machines from our supplier NEMA wooden construction. Houses (wooden constructions) are built from the same structures, which is why we cannot offer you higher quality.
Durelis waterproof boards:
Durelis panels are characterized by a very high-quality surface finish, which allows them to be used very well even under floor coverings such as linoleum, without the panel structure being visible (as is the case, for example, when using OSB panels). In addition, they are made of specially treated chipboard, which is characterized by excellent resistance to moisture and water. Thanks to their composition, they are ideal for use indoors and outdoors where there is a risk of contact with moisture, e.g. in floor construction, where we also use them.
Insulating polystyrene:
Expanded polystyrene, also called EPS, is the most commonly used thermal insulation in buildings and we use it to insulate our floor. The thickness of the insulation is 100 mm.
Poplar plywood 3 mm:
Poplar veneered plywood, soft, light, but at the same time strong, meets aesthetic requirements when a light color is required. This plywood can then be treated with OSMO hard wax oil in any color.
Kingspan thermal insulation PUR boards:
Kingspan PUR thermal insulation boards are high-quality insulation boards with a polyurethane foam (PUR) core that provide excellent thermal insulation with a minimum material thickness. Due to their properties, they are used to insulate walls and roofs, where they help reduce energy losses and thus reduce heating and air conditioning costs.
Kingspan PUR boards are moisture and mould resistant and have a long lifespan. Their high thermal resistance and low weight make them the ideal solution for Woodkas that require energy efficient and sustainable insulation.
Interior:
We will make the Woodka interior from a purely natural material, the so-called bioboard made of solid wood, which consists of three layers glued together with a harmless, odorless glue. This is a modern, ecological and healthy material that we can match to any color using OSMO hard wax oil.
Osmo coatings:
OSMO are wood coatings proven by time, experience and knowledge. They are made from natural oils and waxes. They protect the wood from the inside and outside, do not form a film, but create a protective surface with open pores that allows the wood to breathe. OSMO coatings can be easily renovated on site.
Electrification:
The entire electrical installation is installed and milled directly into the structure, including the control panel with circuit breakers, sockets and LED lighting.
Built-in kitchen:
Base and wall cabinets including a faucet, sink, hob and refrigerator.
Bathroom:
The basic price includes a fully equipped bathroom (800 x 800 mm shower tray), a washbasin with a bathroom cabinet, a mirror and a toilet of your choice.

Aluprof aluminum windows:
We supply high-quality aluminum windows that offer exceptional strength and resistance to material degradation, deformation, mechanical damage or extreme weather conditions. In addition, they offer unique thermal insulation properties and living comfort.

Modern facade cladding in a rhombus profile made of thermo pine is the best choice for facade cladding. The ratio of functionality, appearance, durability, maintenance requirements and price makes thermo pine the absolute number one on the market.
