All about Woodka

Woodky or Tinyhouse are small houses on wheels that replace classic housing or recreational facilities. The magic of these houses is freedom. You can usually move it anywhere without lengthy official processes and, compared to real estate prices, without large financial expenses.

The main vision of our company is the realization of unusual stylish tinyhouses in a premium design from the highest quality materials. Permanent or recreational living in a small space is a matter of course, which we stand for. Together with energy and ecological sustainability, it becomes our future, which we try to influence positively.

Energy independence and possible alternatives (On / Off grid system)

With our Woodka, it doesn’t matter if you have a plot of land with a grid connection or not. Our “Off-grid” system is a completely independent energy system that works without connection to the traditional grid. This system is designed to supply electricity and other services such as water or heating. Your Woodkya will thus be completely self-sufficient even without a network connection and will provide you or your guests with maximum comfort.

OFF-GRID systém
  • Cinderella gas toilet: High quality product developed and manufactured in Norway. Without the need to connect the toilet to the 230 V network. The only electricity required is a 12V connection for powering the control panel. It works without the use of water or connection to the sewage system. Lasts up to 70 uses before emptying the ash container
  • Chemical toilet: The chemical toilet at the cottage is an ideal solution for places where you do not have the opportunity to dispose of conventional waste in the sewer or sump, and it does not need electricity. On average, the toilet needs to be emptied approximately every 5 to 14 days. Attention, the contents of a chemical toilet never belong in the wild. Pouring it onto the compost is also excluded.
  • Truma heating: Truma Combi heating combines 2 functions in 1 device. It heats the living space while heating water in an integrated stainless steel tank. Depending on the specific variant, the Combi heater can be powered by gas or electricity.
  • Refrigerator: Dometic RM 10.5 T refrigerators have the best cooling performance in their class: at an outside temperature of up to +32 °C, they can be cooled down to +7 °C and even down to -12 °C in the freezer compartment. Operation is very intuitive thanks to the TFT display and rotary/push-button controller.
  • Stove: Built-in Thetford Top-Line 922 cooker with two burners controlled by rotary knobs. The operating pressure of the gas cooker is 30 mbar and the gas consumption is 108 g/h for 1 burner. The ignition of the stove is electric. The entire stove is made of black glass, which gives it a modern look.
  • Airconditioner: Sinclair split air conditioner with a cooling capacity of 3.5 kW. The heat pump principle used by Sinclair air conditioners allows not only effective cooling during summer days, but also advantageous heating during the transitional and winter periods, even at very low outside temperatures.Ecoflow 2kW battery system in combination with 4 solar panelsConnected to this system are:LED lighting 12 V

    Ecoflow smart generator

    With the EcoFlow Smart Generator, you can be sure that you won’t run out of energy even on cloudy and cold days. The EcoFlow generator efficiently saves fuel and achieves less energy loss during recharging by recharging directly with direct current. The EcoFlow Smart Generator (Dual Fuel) can be operated on gasoline or LPG.

Construction and materials

  • Agados homologated chassis: Specially designed frame for building your Woodka.
  • KVH construction: KVH profiles made of solid spruce wood, specially milled on CNC
  • Durelis boards: Durelis board stands out for its high-quality surface treatment, which allows very good use even under linoleum-type top coverings, without the subsequent identification of the board’s texture (as happens, for example, with the use of OSB board)
  • Insulating polystyrene: Expanded polystyrene under the name EPS is the most widely used building thermal insulator.
  • Poplar plywood 3 mm: Plywood board made of poplar veneers, soft, light but strong at the same time, meeting aesthetic requirements when a light color is required
  • Kingspan panels: They offer very good properties, especially in the area of thermal insulation. They are of good quality and attractive in appearance
  • Aluprof aluminum windows: Aluminum windows offer exceptional strength and resistance to material degradation, shape deformation, mechanical damage or extreme weather phenomena. It is used especially in modern new buildings and also as an ideal material for the production of large windows and window assemblies.
  • Larch cladding: Modern facade cladding in the Rhombus profile made of Siberian larch is the best choice for facade cladding. The ratio of functionality, visual appearance, durability, maintenance requirements and price makes Siberian larch the absolute number one on the market
  • Solid bio-board: a solid wood board glued together from three layers, which has a versatile use. This is a modern, ecological, healthy material
  • Osmo coatings: OSMO are wood coatings that have been tested by time, experience and wisdom. They are made on the basis of natural oils and waxes. It protects the wood from the inside and outside, it does not form a film but creates a protective surface with open pores, thanks to which the wood can breathe. OSMO coatings can be easily and locally renovated.
